"Masq" is a 5-episode online simulation, in which the user becomes the main character and sees the action through his own eyes. The adventure unfolds based on the user's actions.

The action is depicted using black-and-white comic-style illustrations.

The approximate effective playtime to finish the 5 episodes is 50 minutes.

It contains
more than 3000 different scenes, hundreds of different paths and many different endings.

The average number of times that people replay the simulation is 5
, however is common to see users playing more than 15 times.

There are different Masq versions
; online, offline, English and Spanish.

It can be argued that Masq is a prototype, or that we stopped Masq short by doing only a well polished "title design document" (a great storyboard of a potential title). Others argue that the minimalist creative execution we chose is partly responsible for the title appeal, and resulted in an effective product for the Web.
